Companies and Partnerships
Our corporate team advises businesses of all sizes across a variety of sectors and provides a full range of corporate and commercial services.
We help our clients identify, plan, create and implement the most appropriate legal structure to suit their business needs.
At Nexus Solicitors, we advise on:
- Share Sales & Purchases
- Business Sales & Purchases
- Exit Strategies
- Take-overs
- Company Reorganisation & Restructing
It is essential to have the right agreements in place from the outset, and we draft shareholder agreements, membership agreements and partnership agreements to ensure the best structure and protection of the business.
We deal with company formations and business start-ups, and we advise on the duties and responsibilities of directors, LLP members and partners as well as the nature, effect and responsibilities of such roles and potential consequences for them personally, collectively and for the business where those duties are not properly discharged.
We also regularly prepare directors’ service agreements and advise on directors’ disclosures and any conflicts of interest that may arise.
