ROBERT MADDOCKS
Robert has wide ranging expertise across all areas of employment law. He has spent a large part of his career assisting clients with HR and employment law issues. This varies from the early stages of recruiting employees to termination of employment, with enforcement of restrictive covenants. He regularly advises clients in complex areas such as whistleblowing, discrimination, termination of employment, large scale redundancy and/ or re-organisation project’s, and TUPE transactions.
He has a wealth of experience assisting employee and employer clients with employment law litigation involving pursuing and defending complex Employment Tribunal cases, regularly representing clients at Tribunal hearings, and conducting his own advocacy.
A key aspect of his practise methods is to ensure his clients are fully supported throughout any instruction with clear and effective advice. He provides a personal and dedicated approach which enables his clients to respond effectively to any HR or employment law
need, and has led to him establishing strong relationships with his client base.
His clients have ranged from SME’s to large multi-national companies. He also acts for employees and executive managers with settlement negotiations and exit packages.
