SALLY TOMLINSON

Sally has a wide range of experience in employment law including advising on workplace issues from recruitment through to dismissal, enforcement of post-termination restrictions, complex executive exits and employment status issues.

She is more focused on the non-contentious aspects of employment law in relation to corporate support work, TUPE related advice, preparing and negotiating outsourcing and consultancy agreements and new employment terms, advising on employee incentive schemes and data protection compliance.

Sally works closely with clients to understand their business and commercial objectives, enabling her to provide practical, strategic and tailored advice.
