We act for a number of managing agents in connection with the recovery of rent, service charges and other arrears.
We help landlords and tenants in relation to the service of notices and renewal of tenancies under the Landlord & Tenant Act 1954.
We advise on enforcement actions and all other types of applications that arise in a landlord and tenant relationship including issues involving the exercise of powers by bailiffs and CRAR (Commercial Rent Arrears Recovery).
We regularly appear in the Courts, Tribunals and proceedings before HM Land Registry.
