We help couples agree clear arrangements at the start of their relationship to avoid subsequent disputes.
We also help manage the consequences of relationship breakdown. This can include separation, divorce, financial arrangements, civil partnership disputes and making arrangements for the care of the children.
Where possible we deal with these issues through negotiation and agreement to avoid stress and minimise costs however if a dispute is unavoidable we handle all aspects of court proceedings and offer alternative dispute resolution options.
Most of our clients have business interests and substantial assets that require protection, we have particular expertise in these areas but we are also happy to deal with cases where the assets are modest.
