We deal with all elements of corporate refinancing and restructuring assignments. We are often brought in to advise in circumstances where a business is in distress and we have particular expertise in dealing with the rescue of insolvent businesses.
We also advise company directors, partners and other stakeholders on re-financing and rescue strategies as well as risk management options.
We offer litigation and dispute resolution services in cases involving banking and finance issues to all of our clients including banks, mortgage lenders and insurers and regularly advise on complex litigation issues giving advice on contentious insolvency and regulatory matters, managing the risks of any litigation in the most cost-effective way.
